Moving Crew & Truck

2 Movers & 1 Truck: $375 for the first 2 hours, $150 per additional hour.

3 Movers & 1 Truck: $475 for the first 2 hours, $200 per additional hour.

4 Movers & 2 Trucks: $690 for the first 2 hours, $270 per additional hour.

5 Movers & 2 Trucks: $790 for the first 2 hours, $320 per additional hour.

6 Movers & 2 Trucks: $890 for the first 2 hours, $450 per additional hour.

In addition, Chris, the owner, will be on-site to assist as well.

Time is billed from when we enter your home until we leave upon completion of the move.

Recommended Crew Size:

2 Movers: 

• Studio and 1-bedroom apartments
• Small single-story homes
• Short walk between the truck and the entrance
• No items over 250 lbs

3 Movers: 

• 1–3 bedroom apartments
• Small to mid-size single-story or two-story homes
• 3-story townhouses
• Long walk between the truck and the entrance
• Items over 250 lbs requiring stairs

4+ Movers:

• Large 3–5+ bedroom homes
• Multi-story homes
• 4-story townhouses
• Homes with a large volume of belongings (e.g., garage, yard, or ADU)
• Long walk between the truck and the entrance
• Heavy items (500+ lbs) requiring stairs

Typical Moving Time (3-Mover Crew)

• Studio: 2–4 hours
• 1-Bedroom: 3–5 hours
• 2-Bedroom: 4–7 hours
• 3-Bedroom: 5–10 hours

Actual moving time may vary depending on the volume of belongings, travel distance, packing, heavy items, and access conditions (e.g., stairs, elevators, parking, long carries, narrow doorways, hallways, or staircases).

Additional Heavy Item Fee:

1. Upright Piano (about 350-500 lbs): 

• $220 base fee + $120 per flight of stairs(or $8 per stair).
• Additional charges apply for upright pianos exceeding standard weight.

2. Large Safe & Pool Table (350-500 lbs): 

• $50 base fee + 50 per flight of stairs
• Additional charges apply for larger or heavier models.
